The Heart of Your Program
Draw a large heart that takes up most of the page. Imagine you are observing a day in your program. What do you want people to be experiencing? How do you want people to be engaging? What are you doing together? Do you have ways of starting or finishing the session? What do you want to make sure is present in the space?
Fill in the heart by writing down these different ideas and hopes for your program.
Take a look at what you hope makes up the day-to-day of your program.
What are some themes that you notice? Identify a few themes that are core to your program and capture what you are prioritizing, and how you are spending your time together.
